Package Your Items
Ensure your beauty products are unused and in their original packaging, then securely place them in a shipping box with the provided return label.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your return's progress.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days of arrival and issue a refund to your original payment method or process your new exchange.
